In the year 2000 Posiflex Design was born.This company headed by Mrs Lyne Noiseux specialized in conception and consultation on product design. Laborie Medical Technologies, Horizon Environnement and Gestion Techno-Médic were among Posiflex’s clients.
Following mandates from l’Association pour la Santé & Sécurité du Travail Secteur Affaires Sociales (ASSTSAS), the company mission evolved from consulting to developing and putting on the market ergonomic solutions that help workers health.
After three years of research and clinical studies in collaboration with ASSTAS*, the Université du Québec in Montreal ergonomics department and the IRSST**, Posiflex Design first product, the Posiflex Free Motion Elbow Support, was introduced on the market in 2002. Made available in North America through a well established dental equipment distribution network, more than 5 000 users benefit from the Posiflex difference to date. Since then, the company has developed other ergonomic seating devices.
Posiflex Design now offers a larger spectrum of products and has expended its distribution to other fields such as, health laboratories, industrial sector, Spa and aesthetic both in North America and Europe.
*ASSTSAS is an organisation similar to the Work person Compensation Board in other provinces. Its mandate is to specifically operate in the health and social affairs. ** IRSST is the Institute in research for health and work safety for the province of Québec.

President & CEO
Lyne Noiseux is the founder of Posiflex Design. With vast experience in research and development, excellent knowledge of the industrial field and strong expertise in industrial design, she has developed a variety of ergonomic and medical products.
Mrs Noiseux has built a solid reputation over the years for her ability to fully understand her clients’ needs. She has worked on a variety of different projects, several of which have won her prizes and honors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the Université de Montréal and is also a graduate of Hautes Études Commerciales.
VP Sales & Marketing
As Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, Sébastien Tardif is responsible for strategic market orientations and the marketing of ergonomic products. He possesses more than 24 years of experience in the dental field and holds multiple technical certificates in dental equipment and sales.
Before joining Posiflex Design, Mr Tardif successfully served in a variety of management and marketing positions in such firms as Henry Schein Arcona, Servident/AshTemple, Turbine Industries and Dental Depot.
